The core area of my research interests is proteomics. I am fascinated by the role of proteins in complex biological world. I have been worked on different projects based on the theoretical biochemistry and bioinformatics, mainly focused on dry lab analyses of proteins, protein modelling, protein-protein and protein-ligand docking, in silico drug designing, analysis of posttranslational modifications in proteins with special emphasis on enzymes carrying out these modifications such as OGlcNAc-transferases (OGT) and other factors governing multifunctionality of proteins
